Résumé
Bosch trouve un nouvel allié en son ex-femme Eleanor. Le chef de police adjoint Irving passe une série d'accords qui vont modeler l'avenir du département de police, et peut-être même la ville. La fixette que fait Waits sur Bosch s'intensifie.
