Inspiré par Edgar et ses mannequins, Charlie McCarthy et Mortimer Snerd, Fozzie s'essaye à un numéro de ventriloquie. Malheureusement, il ne comprend pas vraiment le principe du numéro et s'attend à ce que son mannequin parle tout seul.
