Résumé
Une cuve contenant une matière très toxique est chargée sur un train, à bord duquel voyagent Peter Bergers et sa femme Stella. Celle-ci, qui est enceinte, se rend à l'hôpital... Un accident survient, au cours duquel le conducteur du train est blessé. Mais la locomotive continue sur sa lancée...
